DNB Counselling 2020: NBE Extends the Registration dates for First Round
Candidates seeking admission to DNB (Post MBBS) or DNB (Post Diploma) courses, NBE has extended the registration dates for the Centralised Allotment Processing System. Last date to register for DNB counselling 2020 is now May 22.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has extended the last date to apply for DNB counselling 2020. The dates have been extended for the counselling of both, DNB (Post MBBS) and DNB (Post Diploma) courses. Candidates can now fill the application forms for DNB counselling up to May 22. They must also note that the last date to fill and submit the choices for course/college has also been extended up to May 22.
NBE has also emphasised that all those who wish to participate in the counselling of DNB courses must check the eligibility criteria before filling their applications. Only those who have cleared NEET PG 2020 are eligible for the counselling process for DNB (Post MBBS) courses. For the DNB counselling (post-diploma), the candidate must have qualified DNB PDCET 2020.

DNB Counselling 2020: Important Points to Remember
- Candidates must note that those who are already pursuing a DNB course are not eligible to participate in the counselling process
- Resigning from the previous course to apply for the DNB 2020 counselling will not make them eligible for this either
- Such candidates will become eligible for participating in the counselling process only upon completion of the duration of the respective DNB course that they have enrolled into
DNB Counselling 2020: What Next?
On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, NBE will release the result for the first round of DNB 2020 counselling on or before May 25. Selected candidates will have to report to the allotted institute before the deadline, as mentioned in their allotment letter.
