The Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Stray Round provisional seat allotment letter cum merit list has been released by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana on November 17, 2025. The seat allotment status of 1,481 candidates have been released. As many as 99 candidates have been allotted seats and the rest have not been allotted seats.

Candidates could submit grievances by 12 noon of November 17, 2025. The tuition fee has to be paid by November 18, 2025. The physical reporting or document verification process will be conducted from November 19 to November 20, 2025, at Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The last date to join the allotted institute is November 20, 2025.

According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process.
