The selection letter is also available for download on the official website of Maharashtra NEET 2025 counselling. The institute reporting process will be conducted from August 14 to August 22, 2025, till 5.30 PM.

Q:   What is the minimum rank required to get an MBBS seat through Maharashtra NEET counselling?
A: 

A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 50,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good college. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Maharashtra NEET. 

Q:   When will the registration for Maharashtra NEET 2025 counselling begin?
A: 

Registration for Maharashtra NEET counselling 2025 for Round 3 was conducted from October 6 to October 8, 2025. Round 1 began on July 23, 2025. The last date for registration was extended from July 30, 2025, to August 4, 2025, 11.59 PM. The registration fee had to be paid by August 5, 2025, 11.59 PM, and the documents had to be uploaded by the same date. The registration process for Maharashtra NEET counselling 2025 is completely online. Candidates must ensure that they fill up the application form with mandatory details and upload the requisite documents, and pay the application fee to complete the registration process successfully. For the Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling, the registration process is conducted only for the first and third rounds. For the second and fourth or subsequent rounds, registered candidates have to submit choices. 

Q:   When will Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 counselling be conducted?
A: 

Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 counselling began on July 23, 2025, with registration process. Round 4, or the Online Stray Vacancy Round was held from November 12 to November 17, 2025. Round 2 and Round 3 were conducted between August and October 2025. 

 Candidates have to carry all original documents, including the selection letter, and pay the admission fee through Demand Draft/Cheque at the allotted institute for the reporting and admission confirmation process. The Maharashtra NEET Merit List 2025 was released by the CET Cell Maharashtra, the state counselling authority, on August 6, 2025, for MBBS and BDS courses. As many as 60,021 candidates were included in the merit list.
