The Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling Round 2 seat allotment result has been declared on December 23, 2024. A total of 5,419 candidates have been allotted seats. Out of that, 3,440 candidates’ choices were not available for allotment.
The last date to fill the Status Retention Form is December 28, 2024, till 5.30 PM, in person. The institute reporting process will be conducted from December 24 to December 28, 2024, 5.30 PM, by physically being present in the institute with the requisite documents.

Announcing the result and institute reporting dates, CET Cell Maharashtra has stated, “Admitting Institute will verify the documents and ascertain eligibility of the candidates as per the NEET(PG)- 2024 brochure before confirming the admission. At the time of Physical Reporting the Candidate will have to deposit all the required original documents and pay the fees.”

The last date to register for MH NEET PG counselling dates 2026 is October 23, 2026. Candidates can pay registration fee and upload documents from October 17 to 24, 2026.
The Maharashtra NEET PG counselling process is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra.
