The institute reporting process is being conducted from March 14 to March 17, 2025. Candidates have to fill out the Status Retention Form is March 17, 2025, 5.30 PM in person. At the time of Physical Reporting, the Candidate will have to deposit all the required original documents and pay the fees.
In case of further vacant seats, CET Cell Maharashtra will release Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 Counselling Special Stray Vacancy Round 2 seat allotment result on March 18, 2025, and the institute reporting will be conducted till March 20, 2025.

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra released the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling dates for 2025 on October 31, 2025. The registration process is being conducted from October 31 to November 7, 2025. In general, the registration window for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling lasts for five to seven days. Based on student requests and other external factors, CET Cell Maharashtra may extend the last date of registration.
The total duration of the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2025 is likely to range from four to five months. It is estimated that there will be around four rounds of counselling for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2025. The duration of each round will be approximately 15 to 20 days, starting from registration to institute reporting. The total duration or rounds of the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling process will depend on the seat vacancies. The Maharashtra NEET PG counselling process is expected to commence in the fourth week of September 2025, with the registration process. After that, the seat matrix and merit list will be released.
