The Maharashtra NEET PG stray vacancy round allotment result has been declared by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET Cell) on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, in PDF format. Candidates need to search for their name and roll number to check the college and seat being allotted to them. The institute reporting for the MH CET NEET PG stray round counselling begins on February 24. The last date for document verification and admission on the allotted seat is February 28, 2026 (5:30 PM). Candidates must note that the last date to fill out the Status Retention Form is February 26, 2026. Do carry the allotment letter to confirm admission. The admission fee of the respective college must be paid to secure the seat in the stray vacancy round.

Candidates must present original documents for verification at the assigned institute. The seat allotment result is released as per the decision of MCI/NMC and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik/respective university only. It is important to confirm admission in this round of counselling, as very few seats are left for admission. This might also be the last round of counselling conducted by the State CET CELL, Maharashtra.
Maharashtra NEET PG Allotment - Status of the Candidates
In addition, the in-service candidates with No Incentive Marks will be considered for the in-service quota after exhaustion of the list of in-service candidates with Incentive Marks. Also, 37 candidates have been disqualified as they had already joined or been allotted seats under the All India, DNB, or deemed quota.
