Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 1 Registration Deadline Extended
The Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 1 registration last date has been extended till November 11, 2025, 11.59 PM. Originally, the last date of registration was November 7, 2025, which has been extended by four days.
Announcing the same, CET Cell Maharashtra has stated, “In view of the extension given by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota Counselling, the State CET Cell has decided to extend the registration for State Quota."
Along with the Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2025 registration, applicants have to pay the registration fee and upload documents is also November 11, 2025, 11.59 PM. The registration fee is INR 3,000, which is non-refundable.
How to Register for Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2025
Students have to register for Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 by following the process below.
- Go to the website of Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 Counselling - https://medicalug2025.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2025/login
- Click on the Login/Registration tab
- Click on the ‘Registration’ tab under the ‘New User’ section
- Enter name, email address, choose password and date of birth and click on the ‘Register’ tab
- Login with the registration credentials and complete the process
- Upload documents and pay the registration fee in online mode
The schedule for the rest of the events, such as release of the Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 Counselling merit list and seat matrix, choice filling, seat allotment result and institute reporting, will be announced in due course of time. CET Cell Maharashtra has also indicated a change in the schedule based on the directions of authorities like MCC, Central or State Government or the Court.
The Maharashtra NEET PG counselling is conducted online. The registration and choice filling processes have to be conducted online. CET Cell Maharashtra will release the seat matrix and the merit list online, on the official website of Maharashtra NEET PG counselling. However, the final round or the institute reporting and document verification has to be done by physically visiting the institute.
Yes, Maharashtra NEET PG candidates will have to visit the allotted institute with the requisite documents and admission fee. The institutes' admission authorities will verify the documents and once candidates pay the admission fee, the admission offer will be confirmed. In case candidates wish to upgrade their seats or do not wish to join the institute need not report to the institute.
