MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round Registration Begins Today
The NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round registration process is slated to begin today, November 4, 2025. The choice filling process will commence tomorrow, November 5, 2025. Students who have not been allotted a seat in either the All India Counselling or the State Level Counselling are eligible to participate in this round.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the seat matrix or the clear and virtual seat vacancies before the choice filling process begins. Based on that, participants have to fill and lock the seat choices. The last date for NEET 2025 counselling Round 4 registration and choice filling is November 9, 2025.
How to Register for MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round
Candidates have to register for the NEET 2025 Counselling Round 4 in following way:
- Go to the MCC NEET Counselling portal or directly visit - https://mcc.nic.in/ug-medical-counselling/
- Click on ‘New Registration 2025’ under Candidate Activity Board
- Click on ‘New Candidate Registration’ tab
- Enter the mandatory details to generate the login details
- Login and fill up the form
- Pay the requisite registration fee and security deposit through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking

Only those who have not registered in the MCC NEET 2025 Counselling in the first three rounds need to register. Other registered students can directly login to fill and lock choices.
The seat allotment result will be declared on November 12, 2025. The institute reporting process will be conducted from November 13 to November 20, 2025.
After filling the NEET UG counselling registration form with mandatory details, the payment gateway page will appear. Candidates can make online payment by choosing any of the modes, such as, Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit card only after
making the payment as per choice. Only after the successful payment candidate proceed for choice filling. Candidates must note that there will be no option for offline payment or through UPI. Hence, they must ensure that the mode of payment chosen by them is foolproof and there would not be any glitch in the payment process.
No, candidates need not report or join the allotted college of NEET counselling Round 1 since there is free exit. However if they want to retain the Round 1 seat and upgrade in Round 2 they have to physically join the college of Round 1 and give up-gradation willingness for Round 2 at the time of admission. In case candidates decide to resign the seat allotted to them in the first round, then they can do so prior to registering in the next round of NEET counselling.

MCC has announced the NEET 2025 counselling result dates for each round along with the schedule or the important dates. In general, the NEET counselling result or the seat allotment result is released within five to seven days of the round commencement. First, a provisional result is released, followed by the final result. Candidates can submit objections or grievances by sending mail to MCC within the stipulated schedule.
