The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET 2026 application correction dates. The board has revised the NEET 2026 form correction dates following the extension of the registration last date. Applicants who made mistakes during NEET 2026 registration can modify their details by visiting the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

According to the official schedule, NTA will open the form correction window for NEET UG 2026 from March 12 to 14, 2026. Candidates must log in using their application number and password to make corrections before the deadline. However, only those candidates who have already submitted the NEET UG 2026 application form will be eligible to edit their forms. The NTA has clarified that this will be a one-time facility to rectify errors in the application form.
NEET UG 2026 Application Form Correction: Editable Fields
During the correction period, candidates can update several details such as category, medium of question paper, exam city preference and uploaded documents like photograph or signature. However, details added during basic registration are non-editable.
How to Edit NEET 2026 Application Form at neet.nta.nic.in?
To make corrections in the NEET 2026 UG application form, candidates need to follow these steps:
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET UG 2026 candidate login link.
- Enter the application number and password.
- Click on “Correction in Application Form” option.
- Edit the required details and click on final submit.
- Save the edited application form for future reference.
NTA will conduct the NEET UG 2026 exam on May 3, 2026, across various exam centres in India. Over 22 lakh students have already registered for the exam. With the last date extended till March 11, the numbers are expected to cross 23 lakh this year.
