Here is a list of documents that are mandatory for the application form-filling process:

1. Class 10 Passing Certificate
2. Category Certificate (if applicable)
3. Address Proof
4. Postcard-size Photograph of the said dimension
5. PwBD Certificate (if required)
6. Candidate's Signature as per the guidelines mentioned in the prospectus
7. Left & Right Hand Fingers and Thumb Impressions
8. Citizenship/Embassy Certificate (for NRI/OCI/PIO)

NEET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Here are the eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfill to apply for the exam:

1. The applicant must be at least 17 years as of Dec 31, 2026.
2. He/she should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
3. Candidates should have passed class 12^th with 50% aggregate marks for General category candidates, 40% for OBC/SC/ST, and 45% for PwD category candidates.

The candidates must ensure that these conditions are met to be eligible for the application process. Failing to meet these conditions will lead to cancellation of the registration at a later stage.
