The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the NEET 2026 Registration Date soon. However, the NEET 2026 exam date will be announced officially before the commencement of the registration process. As the tentative NEET UG 2026 Exam Date is anticipated to be May 3, 2026, medical aspirants are eagerly waiting for the NTA NEET UG 2026 Official Notification to begin the registration process.
The NEET 2026 Application Form Link will be available at the official portal at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. To avoid last-minute troubles, NTA has issued an advisory telling students to keep their documents for NEET 2026 registration in advance.
Mandatory Documents Required for NEET 2026 Application Form
Students must keep the documents required for NEET 2026 application form ready. As per the NTA NEET 2026 Document Advisory, students must ensure the following documents are ready for upload:
- Identification Proof: A valid Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Photographs: Recent passport-size photo along with a photo in live coverage.
- Thumb Impression: Scanned left and right-hand thumb impressions.
- Signature: Scanned signature on a white paper.
- Academic Documents: Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets.
- Category Proof: Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS or PwD certificates, if applicable.
Steps to Fill NEET 2026 Registration Form
Students can follow below steps to fill NEET UG 2026 application form:
- Visit exam website- neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the new registration link.
- Click on the agreement box and proceed.
- Enter the required details and generate the password.
- Log in again and fill the application form.
- Pay the registration fees.
- Submit and save the page.
