NEET 2026 Registration: The National Testing Agency has extended the NEET UG 2026 registration last date. Students who have not filled the application form till now can fill and submit their forms before 9 PM on March 11, 2026. Earlier, many students had requested the agency to extend NEET 2026 registration last date, because of technical issues and the overlap with ongoing board examinations. Hence, NTA has announced the extension, and the NEET UG 2026 registration deadline have been changed. Further, only those students who pay the application fee before the deadline will be considered eligible. Failure to pay the registration fee will lead to cancellation of neet.nta.nic.in 2026 registration form.

NTA has made an announcement regarding extention of NEET UG 2026 application last date. Medical aspirants are encouraged not to wait for the extension and complete their NEET UG 2026 registration at the earliest to ensure they are eligible to appear for the upcoming exam.

The next step in NEET 2026 application form update is the opening of the correction window. During this process, applicants must carefully review all details before final submission, as corrections may be allowed one time only.
Students who have already completed the NEET UG 2026 registration process should download and keep a copy of the filled application form for future reference. Those who have made mistakes during NEET 2026 form filling process will be able to make corrections in their form online between March 10 to 12, 2026.
NEET UG 2026 Form Correction: What and How to Edit?
The NEET UG 2026 application correction window will allow candidates to edit certain details in their submitted forms. Applicants can log in using their application number and password and change details such as personal details, exam city preferences, photograph, signature, or category. Students should edit the form as no request for correction will be accepted after NEET 2026 form correction last date.
