The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has commenced the NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy Round, or the fourth round on August 26, 2025, with the registration and choice filling processes. The last date to submit registration and choices is August 31, 2025, 12 noon.

According to the NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy Round Clear Vacancy list, there are a total of 149 seats. Originally, the NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy Round, or the last round, was scheduled to begin on August 19, 2025, but it was postponed.

How to Register for NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy Round

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to register for the Online Stray Vacancy Round of NEET MDS counselling 2025:

• Visit the official website of NEET MDS - https://mcc.nic.in/mds-counselling/
• Click on the New Registration 2025 link under the Candidate Activity Board

• Read the instructions and click on the agreement checkbox
• Enter NEET MDS Roll Number, Application Number, Candidate Name, Date of Birth and Security Pin
• Click on the Submit tab
• Enter the mandatory details and generate password
• You will receive the registration credentials on mail and SMS
• Click on Login tab and fill the rest of the details and pay the registration fee
• Download and print the registration confirmation page.

How to Fill Choices for NEET MDS 2025 Counselling

Candidates have to follow the below steps to fill and lock choices for NEET MDS 2025 counselling.

• Visit the official website of NEET MDS
• Click on the New Registration 2025 link under the Candidate Activity Board
• Login using the NEET MDS 2025 Roll Number, Password and Security Pin
• Click on the Choice Filling tab
• Enter the course and college choices in preferential order and lock the choices, followed by submit

Only those candidates who have not been allotted any seats yet in the NEET MDS 2025 counselling, or did not register for the earlier rounds, are eligible to participate in this round.

The NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy Round result will be declared on September 2, 2025, followed by the institute reporting process from September 2 to September 5, 2025.
