NEET PG 2021 counselling

Registration for NEET PG 2021 round two counselling has been deferred to February 4. Candidates will be able to fill choice for NEET PG 2021 round-2 counselling from February 7. As per the original schedule for NEET PG 2021 counselling, the registration for round two was supposed to start from Thursday, February 3.

The decision to defer the registration date has been undertaken as many PG/ PG DNB colleges who have received LoPs from NMC/ NBE after round-1 counselling are still contributing seats for round-2 counselling. MCC will release the revised schedule shortly on its official website, mcc.nic.in.

On January 22, the seat allotment result for round one counselling was declared. The seat allotment result was released in PDF format and candidates had to report to respective institute from January 23 to January 28.

NEET PG counselling is conducted for providing admission to various MD (Doctor of Medicine)/ MS (Master of Surgery) and PG Diploma courses. MCC will fill 19,953 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 10,821 Master of Surgery (MS), 1,979 PG Diploma and 1,338 DNB CET seats through the counselling process.

Online registration is mandatory process to participate in NEET PG 2021 seat allocation process. A total of four rounds of counselling will be held for All India Quota seats. Registration can be done at the starting of first three round counselling. MCC conducts NEET PG counselling for admission to 50% All India Quota seats and 100% deemed/central universities, ESIC, and AFMS seats. The respective State authorities will conduct counselling for the remaining 50% AIQ seats.
