NEET PG 2021 registration dates NOT announced; anxiety amongst students increases

If the past trends are followed, the NEET PG registration and application form submission begins two months before the actual exam date. However, this year, the whole process has been hampered due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty on the same because of it. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MD/MS/ Diploma programs, NEET PG 2021 should have been held on January 10, however, the exam was deferred by NBE on the recommendation of the National Medical Commission (NMC). The exam is now scheduled to be held on April 18.

This is not the first time that students have been worried about the NEET PG 2021, earlier also, students expressed the wait for the exam dates using memes on Twitter.

Candidates who will qualify for NEET PG 2021 will become eligible for admission in around 10,821 MS seats, 19,953 MD seats, and 1,979 PG Diploma seats offered by 6,102 colleges. Candidates must note that the NEET PG 2021 Application form will be released in online mode only. Those who wish to appear for the PG entrance examination will have to register themselves on the official website to fill the NEET PG application form.

The NEET PG 2021 exam dates were released in January 2021.  Aspirants planning to apply for NEET PG 2021 must have an MBBS degree along with an internship certificate that should be completed on or before March 31, 2021.
