NEET PG 2026 Exam Date Announced; Exam to Held in CBT Mode on August 30

NBE has announced NEET PG 2026 exam date. The exam will be held in computer-based mode on August 30 for admission to PG medical courses, i.e. MD/ MS programmes. Read further to know more details. 

NEET PG 2026 exam date has been confirmed. The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation (NEET-PG) for the academic session 2026 on August 30. The examination will be held on computer based mode at various test centres across the country. 

According to the official notification issued on January 22, 2026, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates (NEET PG 2026) is scheduled to be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

NEET PG 2026 Exam Date Out: Cutoff Date for Internship Completion

The cutoff date for internship completion for NEET PG 2026 is September 30, 2026. Students have to ensure they complete the internship before the deadline in order to be eligible for the examination.

The NEET PG 2026 exam will have 200 multiple-choice questions. The exam duration will be of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
