National Testing Agency conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 exam on May 3, 2026, at 556 Indian cities and 14 cities abroad. Right after the exam ended, NEET UG 2026 paper leak news circulated over the social media platform X, formerly Twitter. Students shared videos alleging NEET 2026 paper leak before the commencement of the examination. As a result, the NEET UG paper leak 2026 news trend on social media platforms is making students anxious.

NTA, replying to the social media post, has stated the NEET paper leak news is completely baseless. The agency also mentioned that they have details of where the question paper leaked, and in case it is a fake video, they will take action against the culprits.

NTA Guarantees High-Level Security; Denies Any Chance of Paper Leak

Previously, on April 29, 2026, NTA released an official notification highlighting that all question papers and confidential materials have reached the exam centre, and the highest level of security will be maintained. The agency further assured that there is no chance of the NEET UG question paper leak 2026.  The agency also asked students to report to CyberCrime or NTA in case they come across any rumours for NEET question paper leak
