NBE will be conducting NEET SS 2022 exam on September 1 & September 2 in computer-based mode as per the new pattern. Registration for NEET SS 2022 will start on July 15, 3 pm onwards.

NEET SS 2022 exam will be held on September 1& September 2, according to revised dates released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam will be held in computer-based mode as per the new pattern. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held in June.

NBE will start registration on July 15, 3 pm onwards. Candidates will have to do online registration to submit application form for NEET SS 2022. The deadline to submit applications for NEET SS 2022 is August 4. The official information bulletin comprising crucial dates and details have been uploaded on the official website. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying online for the exam. β€œThe National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announces to conduct the NEET-SS 2022 on 1st and 2nd September 2022 at various examination centers across the country,” the official release said. β€œThe NEET-SS 2022 shall be conducted as per revised group based scheme, detailed in the information bulletin,” it further added. NEET SS is qualifying-cum-ranking examination for admission to DM/MCh and DrNB Superspecialty courses.

NEET SS 2022 Pattern

This year the exam pattern has been changed by NBE. The exam will be held in group unlike last year. The paper will have 100 questions and time duration will be 2.5 hours. The questions will be only from only broad specialty primary feeder and each candidate can opt for any of the super specialty as per feeder subject. Last year, candidate had to opt for two super specialties and the examination paper consisted of 60% questions from super specialty and 40% questions from feeder broad specialty.
