The NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round final seat allotment result has been declared on November 15, 2025. The provisional result was declared on November 14, 2025. Candidates could submit grievances or objections by 12 noon today. The final seat allotment result has been prepared based on the objections received.
As compared to the NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 4 provisional seat allotment result, there have not been any changes. The total number of candidates allotted seats in the Online Stray Vacancy Round is 1,192. As many as 802 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats, 270 candidates have been allotted BDS seats, and the rest have been allotted BSc Nursing seats across participating colleges in India.

Documents Required for NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 4 Result
Candidates reporting to the allocated institute for confirmation of the seat had to carry the following documents with them:
- NEET Admit Card 2025
- NEET 2025 scorecard
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- Valid, non-expired and government-issued photo ID proof
- Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the NEET 2025 application form)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Provisional allotment letter
Candidates have to carry both original and photocopies of the above-mentioned documents for the institute reporting or document verification rounds.
Commonly asked questions
The NEET counselling registration fee varies for different candidate categories. For the AIQ seats and Central Universities, the fee for the General category candidates is INR 1,000 and for the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category candidates, the fee is INR 500. For participating in the NEET counselling process for Deemed Universities, the registration fee for all category candidates is INR 5,000. The registration fee is non-refundable. On the other hand, candidates will have to pay the tuition fee which is refundable. The amount for the General category candidates for the AIQ seats and Central Universities is INR 10,000. For the reserved category candidates, the amount is INR 5,000. For Deemed Universities, the tuition fee to be paid by all category candidates is INR 2,00,000. Those who would not be allotted a seat after the NEET counselling process will be refunded the tuition fee after the conclusion of the counselling rounds.
After online registration for NEET counselling process, candidates will have to fill in choice of Institutions/colleges/courses in order of their preference. Once the choice is filled in, it can be modified before locking it. During the choice locking period, it is necessary to lock the choices to get a printout of the submitted choices. If a candidate does not lock the choice submitted by him/her, it will be automatically locked as per schedule. In case they don't register and fill in choices during registration period, they will not be allotted any seat. NEET counselling registration will be available before the first three rounds of counselling, and not before the Stray Vacancy Round.
After filling the NEET UG counselling registration form with mandatory details, the payment gateway page will appear. Candidates can make online payment by choosing any of the modes, such as, Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit card only after
making the payment as per choice. Only after the successful payment candidate proceed for choice filling. Candidates must note that there will be no option for offline payment or through UPI. Hence, they must ensure that the mode of payment chosen by them is foolproof and there would not be any glitch in the payment process.
The institute reporting process is scheduled to begin tomorrow, November 16, 2025, 9 AM onwards. The last date is November 20, 2025. This is likely to be the last round of MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025. The number of rounds may be extended in case of seat vacancies.
