NTA Likely to Release NEET 2026 Application Form This Week; Check Expected Start Date

NEET UG 2026 registration is likely to begin this week. Students will be able to fill the NEET UG application form 2026 from the NTA official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to begin NEET UG 2026 registration this week. Students who are willing to get admission to MBBS and BDS programmes have to qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate. Students who will score over and above the NEET UG 2026 cutoff will be eligible to appear for the counselling process and select their desired college for admissions to UG medical or dental programmes.
NEET UG 2026 Registration: Who Can Apply?
The NEET 2026 eligibility criteria are provided below for all candidates:
- A student must be 17 years old to appear in NEET UG 2026. There is no upper age limit to apply for the exam.
- Applicant must have passed (or be appearing for) the 10+2 (Class 12) examination or its equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as mandatory subjects.
- Students from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) or state open schools are also eligible, provided they meet the subject requirements.
- Indian citizens, NRIs, OCIs and PIOs are eligible to apply for NEET UG 2026.

Before the NEET UG 2026 registration begins, students are required to keep the following documents ready for registration:
