The last date for completing admission formalities under Round 2 of the Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2026 has been extended till September 19. According to the latest notification, candidates who have been allocated a medical or dental seat now have extra time to report to their institutes. Earlier, the final deadline for reporting and document verification at the assigned college campuses was September 18, 2026.

The board has extended the deadline following the issuance of revised round 2 counselling dates by the Medical Counselling Committee. Because of the revision, the state authority decided to adjust its timeline accordingly. As a result, students can now report to their respective institutions until September 19, 2026. This extension was made so that no deserving candidate loses their allotted seat due to the earlier strict reporting deadline.
