MHT CET Exam Date 2022 revised again; check new dates here

The exam dates of MHT CET 2022 have been rescheduled for the second time for both Engineering and Pharmacy groups. Check the new schedule here.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has again revised the MHT CET exam date 2022. As per the new MHT CET 2022 exam dates, the paper for Engineering will be conducted from August 5 to 11 while for Pharmacy courses, the paper will be held from August 12 to 20. The previous schedule was August 5 to 10 for Engineering and August 11 to 18 for Pharmacy.

MHT CET 2022 Application form has been closed. The Application form was available from February 10 to April 23. MHT CET 2022 will be conducted at various centres across Maharashtra as well as outside the state in online mode (Computer Based Test).

The questions will be based on the Syllabus of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Approximately 20% of weightage will be given to the class 11 syllabus and 80% of weightage will be given to the class 12 syllabus. There will be no Negative Marking, however, the difficulty level will be at par with the JEE Main.

The syllabus of MHT CET 2022 had been announced earlier. As per the syllabus, the entire class 12 topics will be covered while several topics from class 11 have been reduced. Candidates can check the official MHT CET syllabus 2022 from the official website.

MHT CET 2022 Exam Pattern

The MHT CET 2022 exam is divided into two groups, Group 1 for BTech and Group 2 for Pharmacy. The exam will be held separately for both groups on different dates as per the schedule. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are for BTech while Paper 2 and 3 are for the Pharmacy courses. Candidates can appear for one or both groups, the selection of which had to be made while filling the application form.
