MRPL Recruitment 2022 through UGC NET Exam

UGC NET exam based recruitment: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has notified the recruitment of Assistant Executive in ‘E2’ grade based on the results of the UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycle (Combined Examination). MRPL is currently accepting applications under the MRPL recruitment 2022 of Assistant Executive.

Eligible candidates who qualified the UGC NET 2021 exam can apply for MRPL Assistant Executive recruitment 2022 till May 21, 2022.

Note: The MRPL will only consider the UGC NET result and marks of the December 2020 and June 2021 merged cycles while shortlisting the candidates for the appointment. UGC NET results of previous sessions will not be considered.

UGC NET 2021

The UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 merged cycles exam was held from November 20, 2021, to January 4, 2022. The UGC NET result 2021 was declared on February 19, 2022. A total of 52,857 candidates qualified the UGC NET 2021 exam.

MBA in Marketing/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain/ Business Management/ Analytics/ International Trade

or

Graduate with two year Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ International Trade/ Supply Chain.

Working knowledge of Kannada is desirable.

Assistant Executive (Corporate Communication)

Management (Subject Code 17)

MBA in Human Resource/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Media Relations/ Advertising/ Corporate Communication/ General MBA.

Working knowledge of Kannada or Tulu is desirable.

MRPL recruitment process 2022 of Assistant Executive

The MRPL Assistant Executive selection process involves two stages:

  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview

However, the initial shortlisting of candidates for the MRPL Assistant Executive post will be done based on the UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycle result. The final merit list will be prepared based on the total sum weightage of UGC NET result 2021, group discussion and personal interview marks.
