NEET UG Counselling 2021 Mop-up Round Registration and Choice Filling Ends on March 19
MCC has extended the NEET 2021 counselling mop-up registration and choice filling processes till March 19. Candidates who are yet to complete these processes must do so by today, within the slated timings.
Reason for Extension of Mop-up Round Dates
Although MCC has not stated any specific reason for the extension, the reasons can be estimated as follows:
1. Cancellation of allotment of candidates to BDS course at Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. Owing to a technical glitch, the allotment to this particular course and institute has been considered null and void. These candidates will have to fill and lock choices again and the fee would be refunded to them by the institute.
2. Increase of MBBS seats at Santosh Medical College. A total of 50 seats has been increased in this institute. Owing to this extension, candidates are given an opportunity to opt for these seats in the institute for the Mop-up round.
