NIFT 2022 Counseling Registration for B.Des closes today; register here

The registration process is open to candidates who have qualified in the NIFT 2022 entrance exam. The Situation Test will be held from April 2-5.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is conducting registration for the Situation Test for the B.Des program from March 9-11. Eligible candidates need to get registered and fill in choices (choices 1, 2, and 3). The registration process is open to shortlisted candidates; the shortlist is prepared by considering NIFT 2022 scores. The Situation Test will be conducted from April 2-5, 2022.

Admit cards for the Situation Test will be issued on March 16, 2022. The result of NIFT 2022 was declared on March 9.

The NIFT 2022 shortlist for the B.Des program is prepared by considering marks obtained by candidates in the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Creative Ability Test (CAT).

The final admission will be done on the basis of CAT, GAT, and Situation Test.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI)

The GD/PI will be conducted for MFM, MFTech, and MDes programs. The registration process for the GD/PI is also currently open and shortlisted candidates need to get registered. Note that the shortlist for the M.Des program will be based on GAT and CAT scores, while only GAT scores will be used to shortlist candidates for M.Tech and MFM programs. Registrations can be done in online mode at niftadmissions.in.

The GD/PI will be conducted from April 7-26.
