AFCAT 2026 Exam Tomorrow; Check Shift Timings, Reporting Time & Guidelines
AFCAT 2026 is scheduled to be held tomorrow in two shifts. Candidates appearing for exam need to carry their AFCAT 1 admit card 2026 and one photo ID proof to exam centre. Check shift timings and important guidelines here
AFCAT Exam: Indian Air Force will be conducting Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 1/2026 tomorrow January 31, 2026 across various test centres in India. AFCAT admit card has already been released. Candidates are advised to get it printed and carry hall ticket to the exam centre along with one valid photo ID. AFCAT will be held in two shifts 9.45 to 11.45 AM and 2.45 to 4.45 PM.
Candidates must reach AFCAT 1 exam centre an one hour before reporting time to complete the verification process. The pre-verification process for AFCAT shift 1 is done from 7.30 to 9.30 AM, whereas for shift 2, it will held between 12.30 and 2.30 PM. AFCAT is conducted for entry into Flying Branch, Ground Duty Technical and Non-Technical branches of IAF as commissioned officers.

What to Carry at AFCAT 1 Exam Day?
Before reaching centre, candidates must have these essential documents
- Printed Admit Card
- Valid Photo ID Proof: Any of these Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Passport
- Passport-size Photographs
No photocopies or digital copies will be accepted in place of originals.
AFCAT 1 Exam Day Guidelines & Instructions
To avoid disqualification, candidates must follow these guidelines
- Verify shift timings (morning/afternoon) from admit card.
- Check exact address and route to exam centre.
- Reach AFCAT centre at least 60 to 90 minutes before reporting time.
- Cooperate with centre staff during verification and biometric processes.
- Maintain discipline, follow instructions from invigilators.
- Electronic devices, digital watches, calculators, or smart devices are strictly banned.
