CSIR NET 2025 Exam Date and Timings

The CSIR NET 2025 June exam is scheduled to be held today, July 28, 2025, in two shifts:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Candidates must check their admit card for the exact shift timing allotted to them.

CSIR NET 2025 Exam Reporting Time

Candidates are advised to reach the exam center at least 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination:

• For Morning Shift: Report by 7:30 AM
• For Afternoon Shift: Report by 1:30 PM

Late entry will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Documents to Carry at CSIR NET 2025 Exam Centre

To enter the exam hall, candidates must bring the following documents:

• Printed copy of CSIR NET Admit Card 2025
• Valid Photo ID Proof (original and not expired) - Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License
• Recent Passport-size Photograph (Same as uploaded in the application form)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)

• Transparent water bottle
• Simple transparent ballpoint pen
• Face mask and hand sanitizer (50ml transparent bottle)
• Admit card & photo ID

Prohibited Items at CSIR NET 2025

The following items are strictly banned:

• Electronic gadgets (Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices)
• Stationery items (Books, notebooks, rough paper, etc.)
• Bags or purses
• Eatables or snacks (unless medically prescribed)

CSIR NET June 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

• Follow dress code instructions as mentioned in the admit card.
• Biometric verification and frisking may be conducted.
• Candidates must sit at the allotted computer terminal only.
• Any use of unfair means will result in disqualification.
• Follow all instructions given by the invigilators inside the exam hall.
