Latest Updates: CSIR NET application process extended to May 31
Few days back, NTA had relaxed the document upload criteria for CSIR UGC NET aspirants. This means that candidates who are not able to obtain the required documents/certificates (such as result awaited attestation form or category certificate) owing to the lockdown imposed due to COVID-19 pandemic, can submit the CSIR NET 2020 online form without such documents.
Such candidates can upload an undertaking mentioning, “The updated and valid Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD etc.)/Result Awaited Attestation Form/any other documents from competent authority shall be furnished as and when it is required by the CSIR.” It may, however, be noted that uploading of scanned images of photo and signature are still mandatory for candidates.
