HP TET 2021 exam schedule and guidelines have been announced by the HPBOSE. Read below the instructions to be followed by candidates at the exam centres.
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the complete exam schedule of the HP TET 2021 examination along with the exam day guidelines to be followed by candidates at the centres. Candidates who will be appearing for the exam will have to follow certain instructions at the exam centres to ensure smooth conduct of the exam amid COVID-19 pandemic.
The HP TET 2021 exam for TGT (Arts/ Non-Medical/ Medical) TET, Shastri TET, LT TET, JBT TET, Punjabi TET and Urdu TET will be held from July 9 to July 12, 2021. The HP TET admit card 2021 has already been released by the HPBOSE.

HP TET 2021: Exam day guidelines amid COVID-19
Have a look at the instructions to be ensured at the exam centres in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic:
- Wearing of face masks by teachers, staff and candidates is compulsory at the exam centres
- Proper social distancing needs to be ensured at the examination centre; there should be a distance of at least one meter between the candidates
- There should be adequate provision of hand sanitiser at the entry point of centres
- Windows and doors of the centres should be kept open to ensure proper ventilation
Other instructions for candidates
Read below the instructions for candidates to be followed at centres regarding the reporting time, exit time, use of OMR sheet and others.
- Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall 45 minutes before the commencement of the exam
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after 10 minutes of the commencement of the exam
- The question paper will be distributed 3 minutes before the exam and will be of different series- A, B, C and D
- Candidates can use the last blank page of the HP TET Question paper booklet for rough work
- Use a blue or black ballpoint pen to mark your answers on the OMR sheet.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without the HP TET admit card
- No candidate will be allowed to leave the centre till the expiry of the allotted exam time
Items prohibited at the HP TET exam centres
- Use of electronic gadgets such as calculators, mobile phones, digital phones, etc. is not allowed
- Smoking, taking tea or any other refreshment is strictly prohibited
- Books, papers, log tables, etc. are also prohibited
- Sharing of belongings among the candidates is not allowed
