University of Mysore will conduct the KSET 2021 exam on April 11. The KSRTC strike has yet not lead to the postponement of the exam.

KSRTC employees’ strike has affected the public transport services of Karnataka. Amidst this, the KSET 2021 exam will be held as scheduled on April 11.

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) employees’ strike has badly hit the public transport services of Karnataka. Amidst this, candidates who have applied for the KSET 2021 exam are puzzled whether the exam will get postponed or will be held as scheduled on April 11, 2021.

The employees of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC), North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) and the North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NEKRTC) went on strike from April 7, 2021, to demonstrate protest against wage-related issues. Several universities including Bangalore University, Bengaluru Central University had to postpone the exams, considering the inconvenience caused to students in commuting to the colleges.

Is KSET 2021 exam postponed?

As per the KSET official website, the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) will be held as scheduled on April 11, 2021. The exam has not been postponed yet.

Candidates appearing for the KSET 2021 exam will have to travel from distant places to reach their exam centres. If the employees of KSRTC did not call off their strike, it would become difficult for candidates to commute.

The KSET exam will be conducted offline in pen and paper mode in eleven cities including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Belagavi, Ballari, Davanagere, Dharawad, Vijayapura, Kalaburagi, Mangaluru, Shivamogga and Tumakuru.
