Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana for free UPSC exam coaching started in UP

Uttar Pradesh Government started ‘Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana’, a state-wide project, for free coaching for the Civil Service and other competitive exams. The candidates can register for the various competitive exams on a dedicated scheme portal 'http://www.abhyuday.up.gov.in/how-to-apply.php' from February 16. The government will arrange for the physical coaching for the candidates.

Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath, through a virtual video statement, introduced the Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana portal for the candidates. The Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana envisages providing free coaching for the UPSC, UPPSC Prelims, NEET, JEE, CDS, NDA, UPSSSC, TET and Bank PO exams. The scheme plans to roll out free coaching for the various competitive exams in each district of all the Divisions of the state, including the state capital Lucknow.

The government will provide the space and the teachers to the candidates, but this will not be the residential coaching because no residential place will be provided to the candidates. The candidates can register for a particular exam by registering with the following details.

• Email
• Phone Number
• Selecting Division
• Qualification
• Roll Number of the exam (If applied)
• Complete Address with a selection of District from the list

For the selection of the candidates, an online exam will be conducted by the state government to select the candidates for free coaching under Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya yojana. The dates for the online examination will be announced later, after the closing of the online registration.
