In the case of candidates securing the same marks, the ranking of candidates has been decided as given below.

  • Amongst those having equal marks in total (mains exam + interview taken together), candidates with higher marks in mains exam are ranked higher
  • In case of having equal marks in mains exam, candidates with higher qualifications or similar qualifications, those with higher marks in graduation are ranked higher
  • In case of the further tie-up, candidates senior in age are ranked higher
