School Education Department, Punjab has released a notification for 8393 pre-primary teachers on its official websiteeducationrecruitmentboard.com. Application for the posts to begin from December 1, 2020 and the last date of application is December 21, 2020.

Candidates between 18 and 37 years are eligible to apply. As per the notification, candidates must hold relevant educational qualification to apply for the posts, 12th class passed or its equivalent qualification with less than 45% marks from a recognized board/ institution can apply.  Apart from that, a diploma in nursery teacher education program not less than 1 year or any other equivalent course can also apply. Studying Punjabi as one of the subjects in their matriculation is mandatory.
