RRB Group D Exam Dates 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is yet to announce the RRB Group D 2025 exam date for the candidates. The registration process for RRB Group D 2025 began on January 23 and closed on February 22, 2025. Although the application window ended early in the year, the RRB Group D exam dates 2025 are still awaited. As per speculations, the RRB Group D CBT schedule is likely to be announced in the coming weeks, with the exam expected to be held around late 2025. However, there is no official confirmation yet regarding the exact release date or time.

All eligible registered candidates can appear for the RRB Group D 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT) on the specified date, time, and venue mentioned in their admit card, which must be downloaded from the official RRB/RRC websites. They will also need to download the RRB Group D 2025 exam city slip and admit card, both of which will be made available online through the official portals.

RRB Group D Selection Process 2025

As per the past year's update, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct a single-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT); however, the Railway Administration reserves the right to hold the exam in either single or multiple stages if required. Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by Document Verification and a Medical Examination.

RRB Group D 2025 Exam Pattern

The RRB Group D 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be of 90 minutes duration, during which candidates will have to answer a total of 100 multiple-choice questions. Out of the 100 questions, 25 will focus on Mathematics, while another 25 will be based on General Science, testing knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Life Sciences at the Class 10 level. The General Intelligence and Reasoning will comprise 30 questions. In addition, 20 questions will be dedicated to General Awareness and Current Affairs. Each correct answer will carry one mark, and a penalty of one-third mark will be applied for every incorrect response.

The CBT of RRB Group D exam comprises four sections-General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning and General Awareness and Current Affairs. Total marks allotted to CBT are 100. Based on the marks obtained in CBT, candidates are called for PET. The PET is qualifying in nature. Those who qualify the PET are called for document verification. Final empanellment of candidates is done based on the performance in CBT subject to their qualifying the document verification and medical exam.
