The fifth phase of RRB NTPC 2020 CBT 1 exam will be conducted on March 21 in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur of Madhya Pradesh amid lockdown. Candidates appearing for the exam are advised to carry their admit cards and valid photo-identity proof to the exam centres. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have asked candidates to strictly follow all COVID-19 protocols such wearing face mask, maintaining social distancing, using hand sanitiser, etc.
The official notice issued by RRBs reads, “The CBT-1 exam of RRB NTPC fifth phase from March 4 to 27 was already scheduled and published by RRBs on February 23, 2021. As per order no F 35-09/2020/II/C-2 dated March 19, 2021, issued by Madhya Pradesh State Government, lockdown has been imposed in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur on March 21, in order to curb and prevent spread of Covid-19 cases. However, all pre-scheduled examinations will be conducted as per the planned programme.”

“Hence CBT 1 exam of RRB NTPC fifth phase scheduled on March 21 in Bhopal, Jabalpur and Indore will be conducted as per schedule,” the notice further states.
RRB NTPC exam is conducted for 1.25 crore applicants. A total of 35,208 vacancies will be filled through RRB NTPC 2020 exam.
