State Bank of India (SBI) has released the first waiting list against non-joining and resignation of candidates. The roll numbers of candidates selected provisionally from the waiting list have been made available in PDF form. The selection is provisional and subject to qualifying the proficiency test in local languages, fulfillment of eligibility criteria and information given at the time of registration.

How to check SBI Clerk 2020 first wait list?

The steps to check the first wait list of SBI Clerk 2020 exam are given below.

  • Go to the careers page of SBI
  • From the 'Join SBI' tab, go to the 'Current Opening' Section
  • Click on the advertisement link 'Recruitment of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)'
  • From the drop-down, select ‘Candidates selected provisionally from the first wait list' result
  • The roll numbers of selected candidates appears in PDF form
  • Download the PDF and take its printout

SBI maintains a waitlist of up to 50% of the vacancies both state-wise and category-wise. Candidates are offered an appointment from this waitlist on a quarterly basis if anyone does not join or resign. Only those candidates are selected from the waitlist who secures the minimum qualifying marks in the mains exam. The waitlist is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the SBI Clerk final result.
