Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has invited online applications for recruitment to various posts of Assistant Manager in Grade A in General stream. Eligible and interested candidates can apply from March 4 to 24. The online exam is scheduled to be conducted tentatively on April 16. The interview will be held in May 2022 tentatively. The recruitment aims to fill up a total of 100 Assistant Manager vacancies.

Application Fees

The application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates is INR 175 while the fees for unreserved category is INR 1100. Staff candidates are not required to pay the fee.

SIDBI Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility criteria for SIDBI recruitment is given below:

Age Limit as on March 4, 2022

Candidates should not be between 21 and 28 years. Candidates must have born not earlier than March 5, 1994 and not later than March 4, 2001 (Both days including).

Educational Qualification as on March 24, 2022

Bachelors’ Degree in Law or Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or Master’s Degree in any discipline (Preferably from Commerce/Economics/Management subject) from an institute / University recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) / Central Government OR CA / CS / CWA / CFA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC. The candidate must have scored minimum 60 per cent marks or first class (55 per cent or Second class, in case of SC/ST), in aggregate in any of the above indicated qualifications.

SIDBI Recruitment 2022: Salary

The salary is INR 70,000 approximately. The pay scale is INR 28150-1550(4) - 34350 -1750(7) – 46600 -EB - 1750(4) – 53600 - 2000(1) - 55600 (17 years).

SIDBI Selection Process

The selection process comprises online exam (objective and descriptive test) followed by a personal interview. The exam structure of online test is given below.
