Staff Selection Commission (SSC), in a latest notification, has attached an important notice received from Directorate General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The notice states that SSC GD Constable 2018 exam dates for Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review Medical Examination (RME) will be announced after COVID-19 situation improves. The also states that the revised SSC GD DME and RME dates will be conveyed to candidates well in advance. Also, the fresh SSC GD admit card 2018 for DME and RME candidates will be uploaded on the official websites of Staff Selection Commission and CRPF.
The commission has advised candidates to keep visiting the official websites SSC and CRPF for all the latest updates on SSC GD DME and RME exams.
It may be noted that earlier SSC GD Constable DME 2018 was scheduled to be conducted from March 26 to April 7 for total 1,723 candidates. Also, SSC GD RME 2018 was scheduled to be held from March 24 to April 30. However, both the exams were postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, there is no update yet by the commission on the release of SSC GD 2020 notification. While the number of Coronavirus cases are surging across the country, it seems unlikely that the commission will release new SSC GD Constable notification this year.
