SSC JE 2019-20 result for Paper-II delayed; to be announced anytime soon

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has delayed the declaration of SSC JE result 2019-20 for Paper-II but it is expected to be announced anytime soon. The result was to be declared on April 9. However, the commission has not published any official notice regarding the postponement of result. Once the result is announced, candidates who have appeared in the exam can check the same on the official website. The result will be released category- and post-wise in the form of PDF.

On the basis of SSC JE 2019-20 result of Paper 1 and 2, candidates will be shortlisted for document verification. The Paper 2 exam of SSC JE was conducted on December 29, 2019. Over 10,000 candidates had appeared for the exam.

How to check SSC JE result 2019?

Candidates can follow the steps below to check the result:

• Visit the official website ssc.nic.in
• Go to the ‘Result’ tab on the home page
• Click the JE tab
• Candidates will find the result link
• A PDF will open in a new page
• Search your roll number
• Check and download the result

The result PDF will display candidate’s name, roll number, category and post name. Along with the result, SSC JE cut off and final answer key will also be released. The marks are released a few days after the declaration of result. The minimum qualifying marks for UR is 30%, OBC is OBC/EWS and others are 20%.

Final selection and allocation of Ministries/departments/organisations are done on the basis of the performance in Paper 1 and 2 and preferences given by candidates at the time of document verification.
