SSC Selection Post 2019-20: Document submission date extended

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the dates for submission of documents for Girl Cadet Instructors. Candidates can submit their documents June 30, 2020.

According to the revised result of SSC Selection post, 17 female candidates were shortlisted for the next stage of scrutiny. These candidates were asked to submit a copy of all the supporting documents (Self Attested) in respect of essential qualification (EQ), Experience, Category, Age, Age-relaxation, etc. They were asked to submit the hard copy along with the printout of their online application form to the respective regional office of Central Region by March 27 by speed post.

However, due to the lockdown some of the candidates could not submit their supporting documents within the prescribed time frame. In this view, SSC had decided to give one more chance to 17 female candidates to submit their supporting documents along with the printout of their online application form.

SSC had also released notification for Selection Post Phase 8. Through this recruitment a total of 1300 vacancies of various posts like DEO, Clerk, UDC, Sub-Inspector, Junior Computer, Instructor (Stenography) Lab Assistant, Office Attendant (MTS) Technical Operator, Store Keeper, Junior Engineer, Scientific Assistant, Field Assistant, Dietician, Technical Superintendent, Junior Computer, etc will be filled. The exam was scheduled to be held from June 10 to 12. However, it was postponed due to COVID-19 and will be conducted from September 7 to 9, 2020.
