UGC NET 2025 application last date

National Testing Agency will soon close UGC NET 2025 Dec application window. The last date to complete UGC NET application form 2025 is November 7. They can apply online for UGC NET Dec session online only at official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Those belonging to general category need to pay INR 1,150. Whereas OBC and SC/ ST/ PwD have to pay INR 600 and INR 325 as UGC NET 2025 application fees. As per announced schedule, UGC NET exam will be held from December 31, 2025 to January 7, 2026.

Documents Needed to Fill UGC NET 2025 Application Form

Candidates must keep the below provided documents ready when applying for UGC NET 2025:

• Scanned images of photograph and signature in JPG format 
• Ration card/Passport number/Aadhaar card number/Voter ID card number/other Government ID
• Qualifying degree certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate (if applicable)
• A person with Disability (PwD) certificate (if applicable)

• Select ‘New Registration’ and enter required details
• Log in and fill out UGC NET application form 
• Upload scanned images and pay application fee 
• Save and submit the online form
