UPSC announces NDA & CDS exam dates 2022; check details here
UPSC has announced NDA and CDS 2022 exam dates. NDA (I) and CDS (I) 2022 exams will be conducted on April 10, 2022. NDA (II) and CDS (II) 2022 exams will be conducted on September 4, 2022.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), on August 13, has announced NDA and CDS exam dates 2022. According to UPSC calendar 2022, both the national-level defence exams-NDA and CDS exams will be conducted on the same day. NDA (I) and CDS (I) 2022 exams will be conducted on April 10, 2022. NDA (II) and CDS (II) 2022 exams will be conducted on September 4, 2022.
NDA (I) and CDS (I) notifications will be released on December 22, 2021. The last date to submit the application forms is January 11, 2022. NDA (II) and CDS (II) notifications will be released on May 18, 2022. Candidates can apply for the exam till June 14, 2022.

What are NDA and CDS exams?
National Defence Academy or NDA exam is conducted by UPSC to offer admission to candidates in Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). The exam is conducted for candidates who have passed or are appearing in Class 12.
On the other hand, Combined Defence Services Examination or CDS is conducted for recruitment of Commissioned Officers in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Selected candidates undergo training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA) and Officers' Training Academy (OTA). The exam is conducted for candidates who have passed or are in their final year of Graduation.
