This exam is a gateway for candidates looking forward to joining the Defense Forces, and both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. If you want to get into the NDA, you should be aware of the eligibility requirements as well as the syllabus. The eligibility criteria are:
Education: Passed or appearing in 12th grade. For the Air Force, Navy, and Naval Academy of the National Defense Academy, qualification is a Class 12 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Now, suppose you are applying for NDA (I) 2023, then you need to be between 16.5 and 19.5 years old by 2023. The syllabus holds the key to clearing exams:
It comprises topics from mathematics and general ability testing (GAT). The level of the syllabus is Classes 10,11, and 12 standards. Mathematics: Algebra, Calculus, Matrices and Determinants, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Analytical Geometry Of Two and Three Dimension and Statistics and Probability. General Ability Test: The GAT syllabus is divided into two parts. Part A comprises questions from English from Grammar and Usage, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Cohesion. Part B carries questions from General Knowledge questions from Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography, and Current Events. After clearing that, you will need to appear in the SSB interview, carrying a total of 900 marks. The test is conducted in two stages, I and II. while Stage I comprises the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and the Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT). Stage 2 comprises group testing, officer tasks, psychology tests, and the conference. You can clear this exam without coaching. You just need to get familiar with patterns and practice previous year-based questions as much as you can. Shiksha's platform also provides detailed guidance for NDA; you can visit https://www.shiksha.com/exams/nda-exam. Apart from this you can give SSC CHSL, RRB exam and other group C and D level exams.

WATCH TV- Spend a couple hours watching TV every day. It offers information on every subject in an engaging manner that is simple to remember. Watch reputable news stations like CNN and BBC for the daily bulletin. It serves as the greatest and the simplest method to understand current events.
NEWSPAPER READING
The oldest and most popular method for increasing understanding about current issues is to read newspapers. Local, regional, national, and international news can all be found there. Get a subscription to a reputable newspaper, such as "The Hindu, " and make reading the newspaper a morning ritual. USE THE INTERNET SMARTLY: Use your time online more wisely by avoiding time-wasting websites like Facebook and Instagram. In terms of websites, there are several, however practically all of them require payment. As a result, I would prefer to advise you to use reputable YouTube channels, such as Study IQ instruction. Write because you tend to forget what you've read easily. Writing aids in memory retention and strengthens information in the brain. Therefore, put what you learn in writing and take brief notes that you can refer to later.
For NDA Maths
Prioritize the preparation of the crucial topics first while allocating time for the challenging ones. Determine how much time to spend on each sort of question by taking practise exams. Additionally, in order to have a sense of the kinds of questions that will be in the exam, candidates must complete prior year's question papers. Candidates must acquire time management shortcuts, suggestions, and techniques. Recall basic computations like squares and cubes. Make a list of formulas and shortened forms to keep on hand for last-minute revision. Due to the exam's negative marking policy, they should only mark an answer if they are certain about it. During the exam, avoid making educated guesses. Candidates should consult quality mathematics textbooks when preparing for the NDA.
