UPSC 2021 Prelims result with names was released on November 2. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the names of the candidates eligible to appear in the IAS main 2021 exam. Earlier, UPSC released the roll number of qualified candidates on October 29. UPSC releases the name of all the qualified candidates to double verify the UPSC result. 9,214 candidates were selected for the Civil Service Main exam 2021. The main exam will be conducted from January 9, 2022, to two weekends.

The candidates can check the names of the selected candidates in the manner given below.

  • Go to the official website - upsc.gov.in
  • The UPSC Prelims Result 2021 link will appear on the home screen,
  • On clicking above, the “Result: Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam 2021” link will appear
  • Click on the link as appeared above, UPSC IAS Prelims 2021 Result will open
  • Search the roll number in the UPSC Result pdf
  • Download the UPSC IAS Prelims Result 2021 PDF for future reference

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the IAS prelims exam on October 10 across the nation in offline mode. IAS prelims exam was conducted for 712 vacancies advertised in the official Civil Service Notification 2021. The IAS prelims 2021 answer key and cut-off will be released after the result of the IAS exam 2021.
