UPSC released CAPF 2019 Interview Schedule of remaining candidates. See details here

UPSC released CAPF 2019 Interview Schedule of the remaining candidates. The CAPF 2019 interview of the remaining candidates will be conducted from November 16. The e-summon letter for the interview will be released on October 23 on the official website of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

UPSC issued a notice stating that the CAPF 2019 interview of the remaining medically fit candidates will commence from November 16 and will continue till November 25, 2020. Earlier, UPSC released the CAPF 2019 exam interview schedule for two weeks only. As per the previous notice, the CAPF 2019 interview will begin from November 2. The remaining schedule was released on October 20.

The candidates are advised to bring two identical photographs and the original documents of all the academic and professional achievements. The candidates were directed to bring a copy of all the certificates for the verification purpose on the day of the interview.

UPSC also re-iterated that the candidates coming for the interview will be reimbursed with the lowest economy class air-fare if they produce certain documents related to the air-fare. UPSC issued the following conditions for taking the reimbursement of the to and fro airfare.

• The candidates should select the economy class reservation in the flight running on their route.
• The candidates should book the ticket directly with the airlines (online), airlines counter or any agent authorised by Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance (Ashoka Tours and Travels, Balmer and Lawrie and IRCTC).
• The reimbursement will be provided for the air tickets purchased from the nearest airport depending on the address of the candidate given in the CAPF 2019 application form.
• The candidates need to produce the receipt/air ticket (for both sides) showing details of the airfare charge with boarding passes (for the onward journey only) for claiming airfare from UPSC.

Along with the interview schedule, UPSC also released the precautions related to the COVID-19 infection as released earlier.
