COVID-19 Impact: IIT JAM 2020 admission process postponed until further notice

IIT Kanpur has postponed the admission process of IIT JAM 2020 including, online applications due to COVID-19 lockdown. Read here to know more. 

The admission process of IIT JAM 2020 has been postponed due to COVID-19 lockdown extension until May 3. Earlier, the application process of IIT JAM 2020 admission was scheduled to begin on today, April 16, in online mode. Initially, the IIT JAM 2020 admission process was scheduled to begin on April 9 but got postponed due to the same reason - Coronavirus Outbreak and, as a precautionary measure, the countrywide lockdown. The exam authority will publish a new schedule for IIT JAM 2020 admission process on the official website.

The admissions to 20 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) on the basis of IIT JAM 2020 scores will be conducted through a Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Candidates qualified IIT JAM 2020 as per the cut off criteria have to participate in the CAP by filling up the admission form in online mode. The application process of IIT JAM 2020 admissions stands postponed until the new schedule is announced.

IIT Kanpur will announce the exam dates of JAM 2020 admission process on or after May 4, 2020.
