DU UG Financial Support System

DU Financial Support Scheme 2025: The Office of the Dean of Students' Welfare (DSW), Delhi University, has started the application process for the financial support scheme (FSS) for the academic session 2025-26. Students who are seeking financial assistance to ease their monetary challenges can apply for the Delhi University Financial Support Scheme 2025 in online mode. 

The DU Financial Support Scheme 2025 is available in categories. The first category is for candidates with a family income of less than 4,00,000. These students will be eligible for a fee waiver of up to 100%. On the other hand, Students having family income between INR 4,00,001 to 8,00,000 will be eligible to get financial assistance of up to 50%. 

Students seeking to get financial assistance have to fill the DU Financial Support Scheme application form 2025 from the official website, i.e. dsw.ac.in. The last date to fill Delhi University FSS form 2025 is September 23, 2025

Who Can Apply for DU Financial Support Scheme 2025-26? 

The university has announced that a full-time student studying in any undergraduate or postgraduate programme in DU or any of its department/ institute/ centre of UoD with a family income up to 8 Lakh will be eligible for financial assistance. However, students in constituent colleges of UoD, BTech course and five-year integrated law programmes, SOL students and NCWEB students are not eligible for financial assistance by Delhi University.

Q:   What is the highest package offered during DU placements?
A:

Leading Delhi University colleges such as SRCC and Lady Shri Ram College students received the highest package of INR 35 LPA and INR 48.9 LPA, respectively. DU Colleges like Jesus & Mary College and Gargi College got the highest package of INR 23.05 LPA. Earlier, during placements 2023, the highest package offered to Hindu College and Kirori Mal College students INR 36.5 LPA and INR 51 LPA.
