JNTU Hyderabad Signs MoU to Offer Dual Degree Programmes from Session 2025-26

JNTUH has signed an academic collaboration with two universities, i.e. Knowledge Foundation at Reutlingen University and the University of Kassel, to offer a bachelor's degree from JNTUH and a master's degree from the German University from the session 2025-26.
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with two German Universities. The academic collaboration between JNTUH and the Knowledge Foundation at Reutlingen University and the University of Kassel will enable dual degree and integrated master's programme with an aim to offer students global exposure and academic expertise from the academic session 2025-26.
The academic collaboration between JNTUH and the Knowledge Foundation at Reutlingen University and the University of Kassel will boost the global learning and career prospects for the students. Under the academic collaboration, students will be able to get a bachelor's degree from JNTUH and a master's degree from a German university. The programmes include the following:
- International Master’s in Professional Software Engineering
- Integrated Bachelor's - Master’s in Professional Software Engineering
- Master’s in Energy Systems
- Double-Degree Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency – Management, Engineering, and Application.
The programmes aim to prepare students for the skills required for sustainable technologies and to be a step ahead in the competitive job market.
The international collaboration between JNTUH and Knowledge Foundation at Reutlingen University and the University of Kassel is expected to open a career opportunity for university students with necessary industry-relevant skills. The collaboration will further elevate the research infrastructure and global learning opportunities for the students.
