"The second set were permitted to do their online studies and complete final year, and residency here."

"The third lot are those who are in first, second and third year. We liasoned with other countries to send them there and get degrees from Ukraine. Yesterday this was given more clarity," as reported by Bar and Bench.

SG asked the court if he can present the government's stand on Monday, and the court agreed to hear the case next Friday.

When a counsel asked, "If other universities elsewhere can do it.. can't Indian universities do something about it?" the court replied, "You do not have a right over Indian universities!"

"They will give all details on the portal. You want everything! If you don't understand the language, learn in your mother tongue," said the court.
