The Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of the TGCHE, Hyderabad, has revised the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TSEdCET) 2025 dates. As per the revision, the last date to fill the TSEdCET 2025 online application form without a late fee is May 20, 2025. Earlier, it was May 13, 2025. Post the May 20 deadline is over, a late fee will be charged. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility can visit the official website - edcet.tgche.ac.in to apply.

While submitting the objections against the wrong answers, candidates have to pay a fee of INR 500 per objection and if their objection are valid, the amount will be refunded to the original payee account.

About TSEdCET
The TSEdCET is a BEd entrance test which is being conducted this year by the Kakatiya University to shortlist candidates for admissions into B.Ed (Two Years) Regular Course in participating Colleges from the state of Telangana. The test is conducted in computer based online mode.
To fill out the TSEdCET application form, candidates will need have to arrange the following documents -
- Scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and signature in the specified format.
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- Valid ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID).
- Category certificate (if applicable).
- Any other documents specified in the official notification. Ensure that all scanned documents are clear and within the prescribed size lim
The TGEdCET application form will be made available in March 2026 tentatively. Students meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to fill the application form from March 2026, to May 2026. Candidates will be able to fill out the application form from its official website edcet.tgche.ac.in - There is also late fee for candidates who fail to submit the application form during the stipulated time, with late fee the last date. Students are advised to regularly check the official website as well as shiksha.com for updates on the availability of the application form.
